Northeast Regional Census Director
Crafted and directed 13-state bilingual outreach program to educate and motivate Latinos to participate in 2010 Census. Trained organizations, partnered with press, and developed public service announcements and materials to ensure an accurate count of Latino communities in 32 targeted counties from Virginia to Maine. Interviewed on Univision, Telemundo, Radio Bilingüe, Impacto Latin News, and others.

Legal Intakes Coordinator
Coordinated legal assistance and provided direct Spanish-language counseling for immigrant clients facing issues such as wage theft, deportation, and workplace discrimination. Led bilingual phonebanking efforts for comprehensive immigration reform campaign.
Barack Obama Campaign
Deputy Regional Field Director
Developed and executed field program. Recruited volunteers, trained staff, and implemented get out the vote plan. Established teams to knock on over 35,000 doors during final days. Led county to record 250,000 vote margin. Also won 13-way race to represent Missouri’s 3rd Congressional District at the Democratic National Convention.
